For a comprehensive report including annotations to descendant terms or sub-classifications, click on the [display annotations to term’s descendants] on the report. Reports are hyperlinked to related gene, QTL and strain reports in RGD. For phenotype annotations, RGD uses the Mammalian Phenotype Ontology developed at the Mouse Genome Database http://www.informatics.jax.org/ and those phenotypes associated with neurological diseases are listed here. For genes, phenotype annotations are only made for the species in which the phenotype was observed.
